S. Rajaratnam

Sinnathamby Rajaratnam (b. 1915-d. 2006) or widely known as S. Rajaratnam was a former journalist and Singaporean politician. When Singapore got its independence, Rajaratman was appointed as Singapore’s first minister for foreign affairs. He was also representing Singapore during Bangkok Declaration in 1967 assembling the establishment of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nation).
