Rex Shelley
Rex Anthony Shelley or known as Rex Shelly (b. 1930-d. 2004) was Singaporean writer who started to write at the age of 61 with his first novel called The Shrimp People. The book is talking about the life of Singaporean Eurasian which made him won the National Book Development Council of Singapore awards in 1992 in the category of English fiction. Through all of his writings, in 2007 he was honored the Singapore S.E.A Write Award.
