Lee Kuan Yew
He was born in Singapore on September 16th, 1923 and died on March 23rd, 2015. He was the Prime Minister of Singapore, serving the nation from 1959 to 1990 made him the longest-running PM there. During his tenure, Singapore was climbing up as the most developed nation in Southeast Asia. And between 1965 and 1985, families that lived in poverty going down to 0.3% and unemployment there was resolved.
